Unical Aviation, an aircraft parts and components supplier, recently relocated its global headquarters from Los Angeles, CA to Glendale, AZ.
Unical Aviation’s shift from their existing space into a new 600,000 square foot warehouse required real estate optimization and a condensed timeline to quickly implement a beautiful, high-performing new global headquarters for their employees.
Using Falkbuilt’s digital component construction process allowed Unical Aviation to achieve their real estate and timeline needs. Most of their selected Falkbuilt products had a 3-4 week lead time with installation implemented at or before the conventional construction timeline, resulting in an amazing two month savings to be cut from the original schedule.
Falkbuilt manufactured over 2,100 lineal feet of solid, glass, operable walls (including restrooms), doors, custom ceilings, embedded technology, and millwork in multiple finishes at heights ranging from 10 to 12 feet.
